Meet the Team

Alyssa Morrish, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, OCN

Alyssa Morrish is a board certified nurse practitioner who is passionate about providing patients with the upmost quality care. As a nurse practitioner, she is able to treat patients as a part of the clinical team at Trinity Surgical Consultants. Her main responsibilities are to work with patients after surgical procedures with Dr. Jeyarajah. She is at their initial post-operative visit and supports them through their immediate recovery, and then sees them in follow-up for any surveillance visits they need.

She enjoys the opportunity to care for patients with benign GI diseases, but her true love is caring for cancer patients. She is an oncology-certified nurse, chemotherapy and biotherapy certified and loves teaching patients about cancer treatments and supporting them through their survivorship.

Alyssa’s father was a United States Naval Academy graduate so she spent the early years of her life in other parts of the country, but the family moved to Allen, Texas when she was five years so she likes to say, “She became a Texan as soon as she could.”

Alyssa obtained her bachelor of science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma, and then went on to pursue her master of science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has been with Trinity Surgical Consultants since 2023.

When Alyssa is not at work, she stays busy with her husband Andrew and their two small children Mitchell and Madeline. She loves college football and cheering for the OU Sooners, and her husband is trying to teach her the sport of golf.
