This three-hour In-Person class will discuss topics such as:
Anatomy and physiology of the breast
Components of human milk and production
5 Steps to a successful latch
Skin to Skin
Breastfeeding positions
How to incorporate breastfeeding into your lifestyle
Returning to work
Pumping/expression of breast milk and storage
Avoidance of common breastfeeding problems
Family support is very important so attendance by mother’s support person is encouraged.

You will have opportunities to discuss and ask questions as the class progresses. This class will close for registration 72 hours prior to class.
*Registration and fees for this class cover 2 people (1 couple or mother and birth partner). We can refund or reschedule your class if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your registered class time.
