A Matter of Balance | 8 weeks | Tuesdays starting October 29 | 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.

This eight-week interactive workshop is designed to reduce the fear of falling and improve activity levels among older adults. Registration is very limited, and registrants are requested to attend all eight in-person sessions. Lunch will be provided.
