Methodist Mansfield and Methodist Generations invite you to a fun-filled event dedicated to grandparents and foster grandparents. Bring your grandkids (ages 5 to 10) or any special children in your life for a day of joy and discovery! 

Event Highlights:

• Educational Session: Gain valuable insights and tips for becoming the best grandparent. Led by Nancy Georgekutty, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician on the medical staff at Methodist Mansfield. This session will cover essential child development topics tailored specifically for grandparents.
• Happy Yoga: Discover the benefits of gentle exercise with a happy yoga session led by physical therapist Marifel Malacara. This session will focus on exercises that promote flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
• Arts & Crafts: Your grandchildren will engage in creative arts & crafts activities led by Mansfield ISD art teacher, Lareta Jeter. These fun art project are designed to inspire imagination and create a lasting memory together.
• Balloon Art: Enjoy the whimsical world of balloon art! Watch as colorful balloons are transformed into delightful shapes and characters, sure to bring smiles to faces of all ages.
• Picnic Lunch: Relish a delightful picnic lunch in the company of fellow grandparents and their grandchildren. It's a perfect opportunity to relax, socialize, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
