Following surgery or an injury, you’ll have full support from physical therapists (PTs) who guide you through the rehabilitation process. Physical therapy focuses on improving your strength, mobility, range of motion, and endurance.

Our therapists will assist in helping you regain your ability to perform daily tasks and increase your independence. Depending on several factors, you may need additional therapies.

Your PT will work with you to set goals and create personalized plans to help you achieve them. They’ll lead you through therapy, assess your progress, and adjust the plan as necessary throughout your recovery.

OrthoCare joint replacement program

Our OrthoCare Program is designed to help you thrive and improve the outcome of your surgery. This free program includes pre-surgical education, so you’ll feel more comfortable going into the operation. You’ll learn about:
