About Houssam G. Osman, MD
Dr. Osman is a hepatopancreatobiliary and foregut surgeon with over a decade experience in treating pancreatic, biliary, liver, esophageal, and gastric diseases utilizing robotic, minimal invasive, and open surgical approach.
Dr. Osman graduated medical school at University of Khartoum in Sudan and then completed his general surgery training at Western Reserve Care System and Akron General Medical Center. After finishing general surgery training, Dr. Osman completed fellowship training in malignant and benign diseases of the pancreas, liver, gallbladder, and bile duct diseases at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, one of few training programs in such subspecialty across North America to which Dr. Osman was recruited after his fellowship and has served as the associate director of the fellowship since then.
Dr. Osman is a leader and active member of local and national surgical societies. He was voted by his peers as D Magazine best doctors multiple times"
